The choices we have
You have choices.
- You either start a side-project, or you don't.
- You either spend time making the project real, or you don't.
- You either release a product, or you don't.
- You either iterate and refine the product to meet a demand, or you don't.
There are many times you have to do, instead of don't, if you want to be successful at making something out of nothing.
It's easy, way too easy, to decide not taking that next step. You may decide to just stop, or convince yourself to start over on something new. In any case, you end up not going all the way.
Entrepreneurship and life in general are full of these choices. They all affect the outcome.
At every step: Committing to an uncertain future is frightening. Not doing it seems preferable in the moment. To keep going, you have to be bold and undeterred.
The important part is not the choices we have, but the choices we make.
